I am going to attempt to make freezer jam this year. I am wondering if I can use ChillOver powder in place of the pectin? I have seen recipes for cooked jam using the ChillOver powder, but not freezer jam.

Yes! I asked Mary Jane this same question and she says it will work fine! Happy jamming!
