Posted - Aug 30 2011 : 09:35:11 AM I had to go look up what a 'ricer' was before I could ask..... Do you want the cauliflower to be in pieces like actual rice or mashed like mashed potatoes? Just curious.

Posted - Aug 29 2011 : 9:11:15 PM The ricer is more delicate on your food then a food processor. I don't have a food processor, but I have heard that things like potatoes and such will come out gloppy/goopy/glue like in a food processor but a ricer will mash your taters really nice, with out the glue effect. Seems to me a food processor would probably take out most the texture as well to cauliflower that you would have left if you used a ricer instead.
