Red Tractor Girl	Posted - Jul 08 2011 : 04:41:38 AM I think the addition of blueberries would be great too. I like blueberry cornbread muffins for a nice change. There is also a restaurant in Asheville NC that serves cornmeal pancakes and they add some orange zest to the batter and some orange zest butter on top when served. Heavenly!
