I love the Budget Mix, and I especially love BakeOvers! I made this one with potaotes, sauerkraut, brats, swiss cheese, and some stone ground mustard. Yum!

It was really just a mishmash. I cut up some mini brats I have had in my freezer for a while and one potato, stirred in a 3/4 a can of drained sauerkraut I had leftover from Reubens this weekend. Threw it in my skillet, put some mustard on top, topped with shredded swiss cheese, then added the crust (I didn't have butter so I used 3 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 cup water, then 1 1/2 cups Budget Mix). Baked at 435 for 20 minutes. Super easy and good! That's what is great about BakeOvers...you can't really go wrong.

Just ordered my first box of Budget mix. It will come Wednesday. I'll bet by the weekend we will be having this bake over. It looks SO good and I love sauerkraut. Joey (I too take pictures of food.)

My husband is on duty tonight. I have to get my sauerkraut fix in when he is gone otherwise he makes funny faces at me. Haha!
