Posted - Jun 07 2011 : 04:22:40 AM I'm trying to make sodium free bread for my BF now that he is on a very low sodium diet. I've never been a bread maker.
So, the question is why do the tops of my loaves always look like craters on the moon?? Am I doing something wrong in kneading the bread, or is it from the lack of salt?
Any ideas?
