I made some strawberry rhubarb sauce yesterday (Yum!) and put it in the fridge last night. Do you think I can still can it? I already froze some but have limited freezer space, so I thought canning may be an option.

Elizabeth, that sounds so delicious! I would love to have your recipe if you don't mind?! I think it would be perfect to drizzle over some homemade ice cream :)

It is delicious! Canned a couple jars, used some on oatmeal pancakes this morning. Yum!

Just re heat the sauce and can it as usual. Use clean hot jars. Water bath as usual. Enjoy!
