Posted - Apr 28 2011 : 6:07:29 PM OK Farmgirls, I could use some of your ingenuity please :) ! I was given a big box of very ripe oranges that I need to preserve in some way before they go bad. We are eating them as fast as we can, as well as making juice; but we've hardly made a dent in the box. I think I'll make a batch of marmalade, but what else can I do with this abundance of orange goodness? Any recipes or ideas for me?
Blessings, Catherine
