Posted - Mar 08 2011 : 09:20:43 AM for St. Patrick's day. We always have corned beef and cabbage. It's more like a New England boiled dinner I think. But we love it. I want to try my hand at some new recipes this year. Anyone care to share what you make?

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce, Or a trouble is what you make it! And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts, But only--how did you take it?

Posted - Mar 08 2011 : 09:24:03 AM I'll piggy back this thread with one I started last week, Denise :) Yes, I HAVE been thinking about St. Patricks Day since February![](icons/icon_smile_wink.gif) I'm trying a new recipe this year for corned beef brisket, that I got from Epicurious. It has a Guinness Mustard with it which sounds SO good!
