Posted - Feb 05 2011 : 04:53:11 AM Just made the "I Olove You!" Savory Breakfast Muffins (as a loaf of bread) and it's a keeper! Yummy! I didn't have ham, but I did add 1/4 t. dried red pepper flakes to the mixture. Today I'm going to bake the "Fetcha the Feta, You Betcha!" breakfast muffins. I'll report back. Posted - Feb 13 2011 : 6:05:44 PM I love making muffins. Now that it is just me and my husband, it is a challenge cooking for just two people. So muffins make a great way to eat smaller portions and save the rest for later or for company. The breakfast muffins, "Fetcha the Feta, You Betcha!" was wonderful.
