Posted - Nov 10 2010 : 07:23:06 AM You can control the heat by adjusting the amount of Jalapeno. I have made it real spicy and also mild. It is good on cream cheese, and make such an easy appetizer. Michele

Posted - Nov 09 2010 : 12:07:51 PM Jenny, do you want a hot pepper jelly or just a pretty coloured pepper jelly? I've been going to make a cider-hot pepper jelly for some time now if I can find a recipe on line some where =)
