Posted - Sep 30 2010 : 10:45:09 AM Jessi, I often cook noodles separately and add to the soup when I reheat. I cook the noodles very al dente and that way they don't end up too mushy, and I can freeze the noodles separately and use either in the soup or other dishes later. |

Jessi, I often omit the noodles and add more beans. You could add noodles as you thaw and reheat. |

Posted - Sep 29 2010 : 11:56:55 AM Roasting your veggies (carrots, onions, red peppers and celery) make a really good chicken noodle soup, too. I use a wheat rotini noodle for a hardy soup.
