Posted - May 02 2010 : 10:42:52 PM I would have egg salad sandwiches, devilled eggs, and chopped egg in my salad. Believe it or not, my family would consider that the perfect meal if I left one for each of them to peal and eat later! We could keep an egg producer busy! By the way, I have kept them in the fridge for a week and they were still good. I had to hide them under the shredded cheese, though!

Posted - May 02 2010 : 11:56:34 AM Make and can some pickled eggs? YUM! :) Can you freeze hard boiled egg? Something tells me that wouldn't freeze well, that the texture would change significantly when thawed. I don't know...
