Girls help!! I have about 15 dozen hardboiled eggs and I need a way to store them. Any suggestions? I thought I might chop them up and then freeze them but wonder how long they will last?

Make and can some pickled eggs? YUM! :) Can you freeze hard boiled egg? Something tells me that wouldn't freeze well, that the texture would change significantly when thawed. I don't know...

I would have egg salad sandwiches, devilled eggs, and chopped egg in my salad. Believe it or not, my family would consider that the perfect meal if I left one for each of them to peal and eat later! We could keep an egg producer busy! By the way, I have kept them in the fridge for a week and they were still good. I had to hide them under the shredded cheese, though!
