Posted - Apr 10 2010 : 11:00:29 PM LOL! Robin, I'm trying to learn to cook healthy, but I'm NOT a great baker, so I'm always scared to try substitutions. But I've got whole wheat pastry flour, would that work ya think? It IS a carrot cake, so it would go with the nuttier flavour of a whole wheat flour...I'll be brave and give it a try!
