I think you'll love this recipe. I know we did--and it's the perfect time of year for Native American cooking that utilizes all that is abundant from our earth.

I think you can, Janice! I KNOW you can! It was soooo good, and I know it would stand alone as a vegetarian meal. I was thinking that it would even be a great Thanksgiving thing in place of turkey!
