I was given a HUGE container of wheat berries. I want to make bread with them. Do I just run them through the food processor to make flour and then measure it cup for cup in place of my other flour in my recipe?

Anything else I can do with them? It's like a 5 gallon bucket size container.

I'd love to know, as on our farm we use wheat as a cover crop, then roll it and feed it to cattle. I'd love to learn how to convert the berries into flour!

Starbucks and sushi to green fried tomatoes and corn pudding-I wouldn't change it for the world.
