A while back I reported on my new method for freezing corn on the cob and said I would let you know how it came out. Great!. They are not mushy. I pulled back the husk, cleaned the silk and cut out bad spots, pulled the husk back up over the cob, wrapped each ear tightly and froze them. To cook them, I steamed them with the husk on. The flavor is good and the kernals are firm.
