That looks amazing. My husbands pate grandmother used to run one of the largest catering companies in Colorado. She also studies at the same school as Julia Child. She was an amazing cook. I wished I could have worked with her, but she passed away ages ago. Her recipes live on...

So...how was the tart? (drool)
