Posted - May 10 2009 : 09:00:49 AM Went to the pantry to get a can of bean sprouts for my Chop Suey. Reading the can, went to their web sight. WOW, If you like Asian food, it is a treasure trove. I have an Asian cook book that I think I'll give away because these recipes sound so good and basicly very simple to fix. I have it bookmarked and will go back to it again and again. Going to fix Gingered Asian Coleslaw to go with my Chop Suey today. I love it when I find a new recipe that I have all the ingredients. |

The Asian coleslaw was delicious. The left overs were just as good. The dressing is one of those that can stand being in the fridge for 2 or 3 days. |
