I have a set of similar cookware. It is Le creuset. I love the dutch oven. I use it all the time. actually I had another one that I actually wore out. Don't ask!!!!
Could you lift the pan with the roast in it??? MB

Nancy, I ordered one of those a few years ago. But mine has the flat lid that has like a grill top. I have used it to grill steaks ans then as a lid for the roaster. It really does cook them nice and juicy. And does hold heat for a long time. And it probably weighs at least 10 pounds. Maybe more. It's heavy for sure. You will love it and it will last forever.

Now I want one of the dutch ovens like they use on the cooking channel. Really handy pot.
