Posted - Mar 27 2009 : 4:12:53 PM Took advantage of the rainy weather the other day and made all 3 cakes AND had good luck with the icing too. (a first)
Took 1 to a friends house last night and 1 to work today. And of course snacked on one for us too
It's so addictive hubby can't have just 1 slice!
I'll hang onto the starter now and keep it going.

Posted - Mar 28 2009 : 03:20:23 AM The starter is a little over a month and a few days. I think this was started back toward the end of February
Since this is so easy, it may get tossed and I'll try again some other time.
Once it gets and stays warm around here ,I'll have to wait 'till ant season is over.
Something this sweet and sugary will attract them for sure! |
