Posted - Feb 05 2009 : 5:12:58 PM I did try to make my own apple cider vinegar with some fresh cider back in the fall. It was good for a few days then went bad. In the book Wild Fermentation he tells how to make all kinds of fermented stuff. I think it was too warm then. I'd like to try again one day.
