I wonder how many new generation scandinavians eat lutefisk?
I only remember my granny liking it. That was the only downside of the holiday~that awful smell.

I'm with you. Lutefisk is TERRIBLE. I don't care if I'm Scandinavian, I still won't eat it.

Sounds good! Will give it a try with some of the apples that are in the celler. Always looking for new apple recipes. I'm going to use Splenda and whole wheat flour. Thanks. |
