Posted - Nov 20 2008 : 11:25:17 AM Adobo spice mix is great. I use it on just about everything. Look for it with the Spanish/Puerto Rican foods in the supermarket. |

Posted - Nov 16 2008 : 11:43:09 AM Ok they turned out Great... I seasoned them with Chili seasoning.. Yummy.. Great on a salad or just mixed with raisin & pecans & almonds for snacking.

Posted - Nov 13 2008 : 10:27:55 AM I rinse my seeds and lay them out on a sheet pan overnight to get rid of all the excess water. Then I toss with a TINY bit of EVOO and salt and bake em in the oven at around 250 until they are nice and brown. Usually a few hours, tossing occasionally. I like mine a little darker than most. I find them easier to chew. If they are too light they can be really chewy in my opinion.
