I love roast pork. I also do a roast beef where I cut slits in it all over and stick a garlic clove inside. salt, pepper and rosemary. It is sooo good sliced on a baguette..

Blessings, Debra

Hi there Susie! On the roast I used garlic, Johnny's Seasoning (my dad's favorite, and pork roast rub, along with a dash of plain old pepper. I also garnished the top with my fresh sage and thyme from my herb garden.

Julie, Thanks so much for the compliment! My blog is new...just started it after becoming a member on this forum and noticing that most members have blogs to share their passions. It's been fun so far!

Yum! Looks great. I can't wait until we have a freezer full of pork; I'll keep this recipe of yours in mind.
