I've never made my own pasta but something I will get to do someday. Your instructions are excellent and now after reading about it maybe I CAN do that! Thanks for the recipes too! I am heating a piece of pizza up for lunch and now I am wanting some of that dish of yours! You can tell you're a teacher....you explain things so well! thanks again, Julie...I'll be keeping an eye on your blog! Molte Bene? Capieche?

Julie, homemade pasta is the best! My favorite is garlic and dill! I have tried it with spinach and it tasted good, but my husband wasn't too keen on the faint green color. He said it looked dirty and I have to be honest it did!
