Aww thanks Nigella! I love keeping a blog. It is really theraputic and I feel like it will be something neat to share with my family (nephews) someday.
Julie, homemade pasta is the best! My favorite is garlic and dill! I have tried it with spinach and it tasted good, but my husband wasn't too keen on the faint green color. He said it looked dirty and I have to be honest it did!
YUMMO!!!! And you've been to Italy..awesome! You are a better Italina cook than I am and my maiden name was Quintiliani! LOL! I've never made my own pasta but something I will get to do someday. Your instructions are excellent and now after reading about it maybe I CAN do that! Thanks for the recipes too! I am heating a piece of pizza up for lunch and now I am wanting some of that dish of yours!
