My favorite is Broccoli and Sausage. It's wonderful as a luncheon dish when served with a fruit salad and muffins.

I'm not a huge quiche eater, but I do like it with a hashbrown crust. If you shred the potatoes, and press them into a springform pan, bake them for a few minutes to golden and the proceed as usual! Yum!

Oooo I'll try the crabmeat one when I go to Maryland to camp in Sept. We will be going crabbing then.

I am gonna try the italian today, I am gonna try using gluten free baking mix instead of bisquick since I am sensitive to wheat and I prefer crustless quiche. Will let you know how it goes...

Our current favorite is crabmeat, with mild irish cheddar , a couple scallions, minced quite fine, dash of hot sauce, a little fresh nutmeg, and fresh ground pepper,

All the other quiche recipes sound great too...

Asparagus and mushroom, broccoli and ham, or our all time favorite, clean out the fridge and quiche the leftovers.
Mexican quiche sounds good; I love cross-cultural cuisine!

Hmmmm I'm thinking about a Mexican style one... a little cumin and chili powder, tomatoes, avacodo, green onion, maybe even shreaded chicken, melted cheese on top and of course sour cream and salsa.....???

a wee bit of parmesan cheese a tad of swiss cheese, then some chopped ham and chopped asparagus a touch of salt and pepper makes for a yummo quiche
-----------------
you can also make a cheeseburger quiche by taking a bit of ground beef, some cheddar cheese a bit of chopped onion too
--------------
breakfast quiche..just use link sausage or breakfast bulk sausage
-------------
broccoli works wonderful in a quiche
-----------
I've also made a quiche tpe dish sans the crust by substituting very thinly sliced red potatoes..make sure you use a little butter to grease your quiche pan..then add your meat of choice and egg.
-----------------
you can also make one using fresh sliced tomato, egg and then italian herbs and a touch of parmesan cheese and mozarella.
-----------------
lots of possibility
have fun.

Hmm, my mum had a recipe for "garden quiche". It was really good, and had shredded zucchini, spinach, and squash (can't remember what kind she used...she'd throw whatever she had in, though) in it. She flavored it with chicken seasoning, salt, and olive oil...

Wish I could remember more detail for it, but it was YUM!!
