Hi girls,
As usual I have an abundance of sweet banana peppers in the garden this year. We make salsa every year, but nothing else is ready to start that task. Any great recipes or ideas for my "blessing". I know if anyone knows you all will!!

Alright, a restaurant in Winchester, Kentucky, has breaded/fried banana peppers (their specialty). I was a skeptic and then I ate them :) They serve them with a sauce that is sort of like a cajun ranch or something like that. Other than that, I'm just not sure.

Jenny took my suggestions-the only other 1 that I have is you can put them in the freezer and use them later in spaghetti and soups.

I add sliced pepper rings to pickle juice..it takes them about a week to picklize but they are great on sandwiches.
I used my left over "wickles" pickle juice..a bit spicy but ooh yummy.
I just sliced the peppers fresh and tossed the pepper rings into the juice jar and put in the fridge.
