I would really like to make a few jars of peach salsa - I looked in all my cook books and can't find a recipe. Does anyone have a recipe for this?

Do you want to can it? (www.allrecipes.com) Do a search for peach salsa. It's Peach Salsa II.
It's the recipe I use and we love it. No tomatoes in it.

Thank you so much JoAnn! I knew one of my farmgal friends could help me! I think you are right, it should be just as good canned.
I am copying this down now. Thanks again.

Susie I went to a potluck picnic and someone brought this delicious peach salsa with tortillea chips. It was excellent. Only had it fresh but if you can I'm sure you know what to do with it. JoAnn

1/2 c. chopped red onion
