Do any of you have any recipes for making raw goat cheeses? Or do you know of any books that would be helpful in teaching me?
Thanks!
Linda

Posted - Feb 01 2008 : 6:41:36 PM Linda did you try cheese making yet? I know the process, at first, seems complicated. I learned by doing, and it actually is pretty easy.

This is a very easy recipe...not many steps to it Just make sure you have an accurate thermometer.
Here's the link to the book that I own (but don't have with right now)..I bought this when I had my dairy goat herd and fresh milk flowing everywhere. Lots of good recipes.
