Posted - Oct 16 2012 : 07:13:40 AM Paula, that's why I'm thinking of baking the cake. Simple ingredients. I'm not much of a baker, but I think I can do this. Marly

Posted - Oct 13 2012 : 4:20:49 PM Oh! We call that pumpkin dump cake, Rhonda!!! Sooooo good! We make it all the time! It really IS delicious, girls! And super easy - it's nice in a pinch when you don't have time to roll out the crusts! :) Perfect for autumn! You girls will love it!
Oh - and you can just use your favorite pumpkin pie filling recipe with this too, then just spread the dry cake mix on top, sprinkle on the pecans, and then you don't even have to melt the butter - just thinly slice the pats all over the top and let the oven do the rest!
Great post, Rhonda! 'Looking forward to many more!!! :)
Hugs - Nini
