I was at one of my craftfairs and had a powder soup I like it. but thought it could be done better and easier. My husband pays attention when I say:

Hamburger Stroganoff Soup so here goes...

1 large onion minced
1 clove garlic minced
2 to 3 pounds hamburger browned and drained
2 can cream mushroom soup
1 box beef brothe
2 portabellas cleaned and chop small
2 to 3 cups noodles cooked and drained.
1 to 1 1/2 cup sour cream add right before serving (3 minutes) just long enough to blend in for flavor.

I cook the hamburger, onions, and garlic together & Drain, Add to beef to brothe, cleaned mushrooms and simmer until done. Stir in soup on can at a time and then sour cream.

Serve with fresh bread or rolls and salad.

I make this for company and I also make in one day in advance, its always better the second day. 2nd day just heat do not bring to boil.

Enjoy ladies.
