I used a basic Irish Farl recipie. It is like a cake/bread.
It had no salt measurement, so my recipie I used 1 tsp salt.
The basic recipie is in the photo.
Because it is a plain bland bread, I added cinnamon and chocolate chips.
Folded over like a French crepe, pan fried.
It turned out tasty.

I decided to create a frittata for dinner one night using potatoes. Here is my recipe:

Cook in a skillet until crispy:
6 slices of diced bacon
chopped onion

Beat together:

8 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
salt and pepper

Stir in:
chopped cherry tomatoes
diced baked potato...both to your liking
1 c. shredded cheese

Pour over bacon mixture in skillet. Transfer to the oven and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until set. Slice and serve!
