Posted - Mar 04 2017 : 7:21:50 PM I'm not sure where I am suppose to put this.. if there is eve a place to put ideas... but I had an idea for a Farm Kitchen badge for next year... What if we had to learn to cook a new nationality of food??? For homeschool, we take the time to study each continent, and various countries of that continent. For example, right now we are studying Asia... focusing on Vietnam and then it will be Thailand. Each week we have at least one meal that will be the country's cuisine. It is a great way to broaden our tastes and culture knowledge!

Posted - Jul 12 2017 : 08:33:40 AM I'm just getting started on the badge. I'm looking forward to trying some of the spice blends in MaryJane's Ideabook. I also have already done quite a bit of canning but never tried my hand at fermenting or drying. Now's the time to try!
