Posted - Sep 11 2013 : 03:44:33 AM Yep, Sarah, I know those aches and pains very well.
I haven't been doing much hand quilting lately, (knitting more) but I had a quilt pieced and basted that needed to get done. And of course the urge to quilt was taking over. So I put it on the frame and spent every hour I could hand quilting.
Well, after the first few nights I started to feel the burn in my back and shoulder and couldn't figure out why I was so sore.
But it is like exercise.....the aches are always worth the effort.
