Yep, Sarah, I know those aches and pains very well.
I haven't been doing much hand quilting lately, (knitting more) but I had a quilt pieced and basted that needed to get done. And of course the urge to quilt was taking over. So I put it on the frame and spent every hour I could hand quilting.
Well, after the first few nights I started to feel the burn in my back and shoulder and couldn't figure out why I was so sore.
But it is like exercise.....the aches are always worth the effort.

Know that feeling all too well. Sometimes, I notice it when I've been crocheting or knitting for a long time, too.
Wife of terrific hubby and mom to 2 teenagers, a bunny, 1 geriatric goldfish, and the best dog in the world!
