Posted - Sep 16 2011 : 09:35:07 AM Those are awesome! At first glance I thought they were from the "Raising Jane" knickers pattern. Very nice. I am tempted to make some but don't know where I would wear them. I know a lace petticoat showing under a skirt is ok. Not too sure about these.
And you said you've only used a pattern about 5 times? Good job.

Posted - Sep 14 2011 : 8:35:44 PM I bought the bloomer pattern from mjf but I can only get it enlarged to 400%, it was gonna cost $80.00 to have enlarged to 800%. So may I ask what pattern you used? I'm dying for a pair. Did you finish the top? Pics? You did awesome, and look really cute.

Posted - Jul 17 2011 : 9:07:55 PM I'm drooling over these. Your fabrics look like different tablecloths or the bigger/giant rolls of fabric for upholstery/curtains(?) It makes me want to cut up my curtains (a little Scarlet O'hara) or cut up DH's old scrub pants. I wonder if buying white scrub pants and then altering them like you did would look good...Would go great with an apron or short dress.
