Posted - Aug 26 2009 : 4:20:27 PM Would love to send it to you. I see that you also love Marie Antoinette. I have a book about her called the Hidden Diaries of Marie Antoinette by Carolly Erickson. You can look it up on Amazon.com. If you want it, I will put that in as well. Take care, Marcy

Posted - Aug 26 2009 : 3:55:55 PM Hi Dutchy,
What about this dress form/mannequin pin cushion pattern?

You could do the the dress form portion in a white on white fabric and then add a skirt with tulle and whatnot!

Posted - Aug 26 2009 : 2:49:14 PM Hi Dutchy,
I might have something that you might be able to use. It's a simplicity pattern for 11 1/2 inch doll clothing. One of the patterns is for a very pretty wedding dress. I tried to look it up on Simplicity so that you could see a picture of it, but it looks like they no longer sell it. They do have it on ebay, though. It is Simplicity 11 1/2 doll clothes and the number is 5800--you can see what it looks like there. Let me know if you want it. If so, I will get it right out to you. Take care, Marcy

Posted - Aug 26 2009 : 2:14:36 PM Hi Marian -- What a nice idea! Here's a slice of cake: http://www.embroiderygarden.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=563
Last summer, I handsewed a little felt dress and stuffed it with lavender for my sisters -- very cute! I'll see if there's something more like a wedding dress for you. . . .
