Posted - Dec 07 2008 : 5:26:56 PM Today, as a break from finals at college, I took a Silk Painting class at our local library (FREE!) We painted a silk scarf and I used paint, stamps for the designs and plain old salt sprinkled to give it a marbled effect. It must cure for 24 hrs. then you iron it, wash it out and Then I will post the pic. I used this turquoise blue, a fern stamp, and accented with yellow, green, and purple. It was fun!
