(had a most wonderful Rag Doll Club for ten years when we lived in Maryland!) and always, my dollies come with 'a story' ... they are each adopted out from Sister Mercy's Foundlin' Home for Rag Chillun. Here's the story of Lula Mae Silver .. a recent rag chile that Sister Mercy saw ambling down the hill to the orphanage .. (stopping often to smell the flowers!) (Lula Mae has found a loving home!)

Posted - Nov 12 2005 : 7:49:36 PM How sweet! Can you post a picture of your dolls? I would love to see them. I am looking forward to grandgirls someday to make such dolls for them, and of course to have tea parties with when they come to Amma's to visit.
