Posted - Jun 27 2015 : 11:03:33 AM Do any of you smoke or cure foods? We just read this great book THe River Cottage Curing & Smoking Handbook and are inspired! :) My husband just bought something at a garage sale to use as a firebox for cold smoking and he's building an upper part --
I'd love to hear how/what you cure and smoke!
