Sign-up date-closed.
**we will each make 10 aprons for the swap...**
Ok,, here we go,,
The mini apron swap for 2018..
The rules are simple,, and I only ask that if you sign up,, to please stay committed to the 'mail by' date, so I can sort and return/send out the aprons to everyone on time.
Sometimes life gets in the way of life,, and if you need to back out, please let me know...
Ok,,, I think this will be the 'tentative ' line up for our swap.
Jan/Feb = Valentine theme
March/Apr = Spring/Easter theme
May/June = vacation/travel
July = Red/wht/blue 4th of July
Aug/Sept = Beach/back to school
Oct/Nov = Harvest/Thanksgiving
Dec = Christmas/winter wonderland
I will be keeping the sign up to 15 so we don't get over whelmed....
II can hardly wait for the creative fun to begin..
Ok, here are the rules...
#1.. sign up 
#2. based on sign up,, we will make 1 apron for each participant,
if we have 12 sign-up, we each will sew 12 aprons to swap.
#3. send aprons to me in a self addressed & postage paid mailer envelope, On the "Mail out date" posted by me. (or sooner)
#4. include in the mailer envelope a return mailer envelops with your return address and postage added on to the mailer.
#5. include $1 to cover any additional postage that might be necessary. If the $1 is not needed, I will return it to you.
#6. make an apron aprox, 5"x5" with aprox. 6" ties on each side.
the mini apron can be larger,,
#7 have fun
OK Sign-ups officially begin..
'Valentines" is the theme.
Last day to sign up is Jan 15th.
Mail your completed aprons to me no later than Jan 30th.
I will sort and return mail the minis to everyone by Feb 6th.

Hi Ladies,
I was just wondering if I missed the sign up for the July Minis? I cannot find the thread anywhere on the swaps page. I took a break for the May/June Mini's, and was hoping to get back in for July, but can't find anything. Can anyone help me locate the thread? Thanks, Hope everyone is doing well.

I usually buy my mini cloth pins at Michaels Crafts... but recently found them at the 'Dollar Tree" store... and in pastel colors no less... SCORE!!

Hey, All! Thank You! I got my aprons and the one from Linda! Love them! I am on the mend. Still got some stuffiness and plugged ears, but lots better. Daughter has been helping me out a lot. Had a dairy goat show at Houston already lined up and paid for and she has been doing the brunt of getting everything ready. Sister #5589

Grace, I am glad your mom is improving.
The friend, that I was taking to therapy...her mom had surgery on Wed. Then a stroke. So for the time bein she is in the hospital and will move to rehab when the doctors are ready.Hopefully pretty soon...but you know well how that goes. My friend.can't drive, her older sister is out of state and the younger one works full time. So they must figure it out.

Thanks for asking, Marilyn,
Mom was moved into a Physical Rehab facility yesterday.
I will be flying back down in 2 weeks...
They put her right leg in a walking brace as she is still week on her right side.
She is showing spirit and seems to like her new surroundings and is happy to be out of the hospital.
She will be in the rehab facility for100days.. then will get released and depending on how much or little recovery she makes, then we will decide the next step for her,,

Oh, I'm sorry Betty has a case of the flu.
One of the teachers aides took her little girl to the doctor...strep, then two days later flu. The doctor said not only do we have A, and B...but now we also have C and D going around. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
