If you have not read the post under Farm Kitchen, today starts the official Farmgirl Apple Festival here at MJF for the month of September. We have lots of fun things planned and I hope you will join in and enjoy.
This swap is specific to our Farmgirl Apple Pie Sunday that will be a new tradition here for us at the farm. This year, it will be on Sunday September 27, 2015. Each swap will contain your favorite apple pie recipe written on a recipe card. If you wish to add any extra apple themed tuck-ins, that would be fine. We will end the swap early enough so you can get your swap to your buddy in case they want to make your apple pie recipe for our big day.

Apples arrived at my house today!! Thank-you Diane for my lovely Apple Swap box of goodies. There was a pretty dishtowel, wonderful Yankee Apple scented candles, tiny apple post it notes, the cutest tissue box cover, and a basket of homemade apple Spice products including soap, and balm and lip balm. They smell so delicious!! Thank-you Diane for making me such a fun box of apple goodness!!

Hi Karen, Sorry I didn't post sooner about your package. Thank You so much for the apple journal. It will be just the thing to keep apple recipes in. I almost used the same apple embellishments on your things. lol. Guess we shop at the same store. The recipe is one of the nicest and brightest decorated one I have ever received. It's looks wonderful. Thanks for being my partner.
Had a problem with the computer and accidentally deleted all my files. Pictures, addresses downloads are all gone. Ugh. It will take me a while to replace what I lost. Sometimes I really don't like this machine, but what would I do without it to keep in touch with my Farm Sisters. Have a great Autumn Karen.

RoDonna, your pkg arrived today and oh my! I love it. I smelled the apple scented candle before I saw it. The handwritten apple crisp recipe and warm Nutmeg cream recipe will be something I will be trying.
The fabric apple lollypop and wooden spool apple core are too cute! Will be coping both. Don't know what I will do with the apple wall paper cut outs but the ideas are a coming.
Thanks for such a wonderful box of goodies and I hope you are feeling better. Allergies are the pits for sure.

I used the beautiful apple pie plate to make my pie on Sunday. The pie baked perfectly. Wow! Those Honeycrisp apples were delicious in the pie. Have to find some more. This spring I'm seriously considering planting a Honeycrisp tree. Hubby just loves the flavors of these babies. Thank you again for such a beautiful pie plate.

Julie , whoohoo I got my package and all I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I love it. I love my cute tea bag holder. Oven rack grabber. Oh my that is awesome. I can't tell you how many times I have been burned. A bag of fall leaves for scrappy. A hot apple pad to set pies on . Alavender hand crème pack, ACARAMEL APPLE Pie recipe, a bag off green apple candy. Yummy! A b ottle of China cinnamon.

I received my Apple goodies from Denise while I was on vacation. I love everything, Denise. Thank you so much. She sent 2 cotton dishtowels that she sewed apple borders on, a card of apple buttons, her go-to-favorite apple pie recipe, and a decorated stone with "Autumn Greetings", an acorn, and a sparkly leaf. The towels are hanging on my oven door now. Thank you so much.

Sara!! I got your package and wanted to tell you that I loved it! Thank you sooo much. I will have yours out by Monday. I have been sick with my allergies and haven't been out. I have all my swaps ready just need to be mailed. I have a picture of what you sent on my phone so I will post a pic soon! Thank you again. I loved it all!!!

Sylvia we have 14 Apple trees--Jonagold, Akane, gravenstein and Liberty. I think---mind you I said think---that one is Jonagold. They are all good anyway. I am making your recipe Sunday. MM MM good.

Thank yo for the fun apple swap gifts! The bowl pot holder is so cute in the apple fabric. I love the cow utensil holder set and the tea smells amazing. I'm going to make one of your recipes in Sunday as I'm not going out of town after all.

Thank you MaryBeth for the beautiful pie plate. I can hardly wait to use it! My grandson helped me open the box you sent and immediately hung up the wooden apple. He loved the saying on it. And, of course, would love me to do up your recipe. He's not waiting until Sunday.
The photo of your apples makes my mouth water. They look so delicious. What variety is that?
Tomorrow we're having your "sheet"pie with the crumble topping. Sunday is still pie day.....
