I had some crazy notion that lithotripsy was going to fix everything.....oh noooo. It is just the beginning of the journey. In two weeks I get to go to an endocrinologist because my stones were made of something highly unusual and further testing is needed to find out why. So far just the two of us unless we get some more to sign up! :) Colors are based on what your partner would like her pillowcase to be in. Dapple Grey Lady	Posted - Apr 25 2014 : 4:19:46 PM Jami, I typed this into google and came up with a lot of variations. southern belle ruffled embroidered pillowcase pattern You can also find pre-stamped pillow cases at Walmart and maybe the craft stores. The tops are embroidered or appliqued. Here are two examples I found online. The lace can be part of the skirt or edging on the pillow case. ~ Betty ~ Farmgirl Sister # 5589

We chose colors that would suit our partners and went from there. It was just one pillowcase, though!! I love the embroderied big skirted ladies with the wide bonnets....Smiles You can never be to kind!
