Posted - Nov 09 2010 : 2:03:44 PM Thanks ladies! It's been a few weeks since we did this project and so far the paint on the knob is holding up well... Just like you, I've got my eye on some other metal knobs and hinges to paint!

I love the door knobs. I recently did this in my bathrooms. One day cleaning, I thought,"why are my bathroom door knobs brass and my faucets, towel holders, etc. are brushed nickel?" so i painted them and what a difference! it really made it up-to-date. Now looking at this post, I'm thinking, my lights and faucet in the kitchen are oil-bronze so I guess I should paint those door knobs too.
