Posted - Feb 12 2013 : 8:17:25 PM Kristi, Glad you found one to borrow! That certainly helps and hopefully, someday, you'll be able to have your own copy! CJ

Posted - Feb 08 2013 : 11:00:17 AM In the time I posted, I found a copy to borrow. However, there may be other farmgirls who cannot afford to invest in buying the book for the sake of a badge as well, and I do think the idea of loaning a book is an excellent one.

Posted - Feb 07 2013 : 4:53:55 PM Hey Kristina,
I talked to MaryJane and we came up with the idea of a loaner book. If you were willing to cover the cost of shipping it to you ($3.88 for media mail) you could send it back when you are done, or we could tell you where to send it to a different Sisterhood member working on the same badge. Would something like this work for you? If you have a different idea let me know! You can call or email me.
Thanks!
~Brian

Posted - Feb 07 2013 : 1:40:42 PM Kristi, I'd send an email to Brian at the farm at brianogle@maryjanesfarm.org. He's doing the Merit Badges now, and ask him your questions. I'll bet there is a farmgirl out there who would loan you their Glamping book for you to read. But, shoot Brian an email. CJ

Posted - Feb 07 2013 : 06:38:44 AM Also, can I do a "glamp" out with my girls? I don't have farmgirls interested, and to be honest, we are on the low-key side of glamping. I prefer not to take so much "stuff" with me.
