Why are the Merit Badge topics locked? I really have enjoyed reading all the merit badge winners. Hope MJF brings it back!

You can still read all about the Merit Badge awards and awardees in the Merit Badge awards thread. There are over 300 pages there.
It is locked because MaryJane is the only who can post the awarded badges, after they have been received and approved.
