Hi Annika and Alee,
Thanks for asking!
Every Sisterhood member receives a certificate, and on it is their name and Sisterhood number, and also their membership expiration date (one year from their sign-up date). But we will also send an e-mail to remind Sisterhood members when their renewal time is coming up.

Good Question, Annika! I know Sunny is out of the office today, but I bet she will answer this first thing when she gets back. I emailed her to let her know about this topic though, so keep an eye out!
