Posted - May 07 2006 : 07:32:41 AM Hello, I am new to the forum and find it quite interesting that several of you have mentioned doing internships on local farms. We are increasing our vegetable and herb gardens to accomodate the demand for good foods in our area. We have batted around the idea of bringing in interns in the summer. I would love to know how the internships work in your area. Would anyone be willing to share?
Thanks! Sarah |

Posted - May 11 2006 : 6:43:05 PM I wonder if Saturday morning type internships or work shops would work out better in some areas than having people stay overnight....I hope that MaryJane does a new book section on that!!!!
